The advantages and application of fiber desiccants

 The characteristics of fiber desiccants

1. Natural plant fibers serve as moisture absorbing carriers, capable of 100% natural degradation, and are environmentally friendly desiccants.

2. Fast moisture absorption rate and high moisture absorption rate.

3. The saturated moisture absorption rate can reach 100% of its own weight (25 ¡æ, RH=100%), which is three times that of ordinary silicone desiccants.

4. It looks like a thick piece of paper and can be cut or punched into various shapes, which can be directly filled into bottle caps or other containers.

The advantages of fiber desiccants

1. Natural and environmentally friendly: The fiber desiccant uses plant fibers as the main raw material, which is non-toxic, harmless, 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

2. Safety: non-toxic and harmless. Anhui yuejie fiber desiccant has SDS (safe data sheet) and SGS certificate complied with ROHS,without DMF.

3. High moisture absorption: The moisture absorption rate is more than 50% higher than that of silica desiccants.

4.Fiber desiccants have a relatively small volume and do not take up too much space.

5.No risk of breakage: Compared to some desiccants, fiber desiccants do not break or leak, avoiding any damage to food or others.

6.Personalized cutting: Fiber desiccants can be cut according to needs, flexibly adapting to different sizes of books and cultural relics archives.

7. Personalized service: able to provide products with different performance according to the requirements of the service recipients.

The application of fiber desiccants

The desiccants are widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, pet food, biological reagents, high-end paper materials, seaweed, dried fruits,  vacuum food/food export packaging, IC circuit boards, electronic products, cultural relics calligraphy and painting, optoelectronic products, book archives collection, auto parts etc.
